At ATMOS, we believe food creates atmosphere. From the misty streets of global cities to the warmth of an Italian grandmother's kitchen; from the depth of Eastern spices to the soul of the Mediterranean and the confidence of modern kitchens around the world.

Our menu does not follow geography — it follows curiosity. British fish meets contemporary technique. Italian pasta welcomes Atlantic salmon. Indian spices find harmony with Western comfort.

The Idea

ATMOS began as a conversation between two friends — one raised on Eastern spices, the other on Mediterranean comfort. The question was simple: why choose?
The Vision

Before a single dish was plated, we spent months travelling, eating, and listening. The menu grew from memory and curiosity, not from a single cuisine or tradition.

We chose Birmingham deliberately. A city of cultures, movement, and appetite — the perfect home for a restaurant that refuses to belong to just one place.

With over 22 years of experience in hospitality and hotel operations, Raj Balsaraf brings extensive leadership expertise from globally recognised brands including Hilton Hotels & Resorts, IHG, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Accor Hotels, and Jurys Inn Hotel Group. Having held senior leadership roles including Hotel General Manager, Raj has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence, and creating successful hospitality concepts. Through Atmos Restaurant & Bar, Raj's vision is to create a destination where outstanding food, premium experiences, and memorable moments come together.
